skyhigh sunset

have you ever watched a sunset above the clouds? when flying from florida to texas you are flying into the sunset. and so for 2 hours you can watch the sky change brilliant colors and reflect off the top of the clouds - much like a sea of cotton. from the underside of the clouds, that sunset is hidden from you. only when you rise above that cottony layer can you experience what was once hidden from your eyes.

i haven't been much for writing on here lately. and i'm sure these photos i've been posting mean much more to me than they do to you. but when i close my eyes, i can still see that sunset. the dense layer of clouds blocking out the rest of the world. leaving nothing to see but the brilliance of the sun.
